As a Teaching Assistant for Advanced Communication Research at Boston University, I supported graduate students in mastering SPSS, survey design, and data interpretation. As my first internship, my time at Beijing Career International was where I first discovered how data structure and user needs come together in product design. I mapped 126 backend database tables into a unified logic framework to improve cross-system visibility. After interviewing product managers, I proposed and designed a “template supermarket” feature — streamlining workflows with reusable templates and a permission system that ultimately boosted data retrieval efficiency by 60%.
